We've been getting lots of feedback on the changes launched last week, and it seems one change that has proved a big hit is the improvements we have made to advert categorisation.
Now, if it's not immediately clear which is the best category for your advert, you can use our search function to find a suitable home (Remember, if there is more than one category that appears suitable, you are more than welcome to place your advert in both).
Also, for our regular advertisers, we provide a quick list of all your most frequently used categories, allowing you to jump straight there in just a couple of clicks.
While on the subject of regular advertisers, if you are placing a large quantity of adverts for second hand items then please get in touch. We are currently trialling a system which will enable you to upload a large quantity of adverts in just a few clicks. We are creating a flexible system that can accept a variety of formats including spreadsheets, feeds produced for other web sites (eg. Google Base), RSS feeds, or any other electronic formats that you might already be using.
