Second Hand, Second Chance - Earn Money Clearing Your Clutter While Helping the Homeless

Preloved has partnered with Emmaus, a nationwide homeless charity to launch our "Second Hand, Second Chance" campaign, where we will donate £1 on behalf of every person visiting our campaign web site then placing a classified advert – at no cost to you.

Thank You and Happy New Year

2009 has been a really exciting year for Preloved. In February, we launched our Facebook page and so far we're gained over 3600 fans and hundreds of rave reviews. We've also had some excellent press coverage this year with appearances in The Times, The Telegraph, The Independant, and The Express among others. In September, we were also delighted to be ranked number 3 in the Hitwise ranking of the UK's most popular classified web sites. PayPal Offers Purchase Protection on Preloved Items

PayPal-Standard-Logo PayPal have announced that from the 1st November 2009, items purchased using PayPal on any site, including Preloved, will be eligible for their Buyer Protection scheme. Before 1st November, if you bought an item from a site other than eBay but didn't receive it, you could only get back the funds if your seller had them in their PayPal account. Now if you make a valid dispute or claim for an item not received and win it, you will be reimbursed under PayPal's buyer... [more]
